Dr. Ernest K. Amegashie is a board-certified Cardiologist with advanced expertise in cardiovascular disease and nuclear cardiology. He brings extensive experience in cardiac imaging, diagnostics, and patient-centered cardiovascular care.
Dr. Amegashie earned his medical degree from the University of Minnesota Medical School. He completed his Internal Medicine residency at Maricopa Medical Center and the National Institutes of Health (NIH). He went on to complete specialized Cardiology and Nuclear Cardiology training at the National Institutes of Health and the National Heart, Lung, and Blood Institute (NHLBI), Bethesda, Maryland.
He is board certified in cardiovascular disease and Nuclear Cardiology. Dr. Amegashie is a Fellow of the National Heart, Lung, and Blood Institute (NIH) and a Fellow of the Society for Nuclear Cardiology, reflecting his advanced training and leadership in cardiovascular imaging.
Previously, Dr. Amegashie served as Director of Nuclear Cardiology at Robinwood Heart Center, where he played a key role in advancing nuclear cardiology services and clinical excellence.
