Julie D. Cathor is a licensed Physician Assistant in the state of Maryland with extensive experience in both primary care and cardiology. She is committed to delivering compassionate, patient-centered care while working closely with supervising cardiologists to provide comprehensive cardiovascular services.
Julie earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Biology in 1999 and began her professional career teaching science in both a juvenile detention facility and the Maryland public school system. She later pursued advanced medical training at Touro College School of Health Sciences in Bayshore, New York, where she obtained her Bachelor of Science degree in Physician Assistant Studies.
She began her Physician Assistant career at Brunswick Family Practice in Maryland in 2003 and joined Robinwood Medical Center in October 2006, where she has continued to expand her clinical expertise.
Julie holds full prescriptive authority under the supervision of a cardiologist and maintains Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification. Her most recent academic achievement includes an Advanced Certification in Hypnotherapy, reflecting her interest in holistic and integrative approaches to patient care.
