Emerson Y. Chang is a certified Physician Assistant specializing in Family Medicine with additional experience in Cardiology. He is dedicated to providing comprehensive, patient-centered care and supporting patients across a wide range of healthcare needs.
Emerson earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Maryland and completed his Physician Assistant certification at Anne Arundel Community College in 2008. He further advanced his education by earning a Master of Medical Science from St. Francis University.
Since joining Padder Health Services, Emerson has been an integral part of the team, working in Family Practice since March 2009 and in Cardiology since July 2009, delivering high-quality care and fostering long-term patient relationships.
