Dr. Gulshan Nazir is a board-certified Family Medicine physician with extensive experience providing comprehensive care to patients of all ages. She is dedicated to delivering personalized, patient-centered care, with a special focus on women’s health and preventive medicine.
Dr. Nazir earned her medical degree in 1984 from Kashmir, India, where she also completed specialty training and practice until 1990. She continued her medical practice in England until 1995 before completing her residency at Bronx-Lebanon Hospital Center in 1998, including one year in Internal Medicine and three years in Family Practice. During her final year of residency, she served as Chief Resident.
She practiced at WCA Hospital in Jamestown, New York, and worked as a primary care physician for seven years. Since moving to Maryland in 2006, Dr. Nazir has been providing full-time family medicine care, serving patients across all age groups. She brings a strong background in OB/GYN and women’s health, complementing her comprehensive family medicine expertise.
